A bunch of you probably already know, but I have just joined Noble Properties. They are a privately owned CRE company with about 10 employees, but own about 6 million SF of commercial space. We have everything from industrial units to retail shopping centers and single tenant.

My centers are now in Homestead, Hollywood, West Palm Beach, Greenacres and 2 in Stuart. I've got some great outparcel opportunities at most of the properties too. My main focus is going to fill in the 14,919sf box next to Save A Lot in Monterey Plaza (Stuart, FL) so I'd love to hear from anybody with ideas for this space.
