Job Description: Florida licensed real estate agents, either entry level or experienced, to join BlueRock Real Estate Services to work the Commercial Real Estate markets in Central or South Florida. BlueRock is a fast growing commercial real estate broker that has an established relationship with a national retail REIT for leasing space in Central and South Florida. We have the inventory to work and the Landlord is making deals to fill the space.

Compensation: Commission Based

Job Responsibilities:
- Researching and Contacting prospective tenants for vacant spaces
- Canvassing other retail centers to identify prospects
- Contact property owners to bring in new listings
- Daily update of opportunities/activities/prospects on company CRM system via the internet.
- Prepare weekly activity reports for Landlords
- Input new listings details in company listing system
- Work in a team environment with other agents to lease/close deals
- Work virtually and attend weekly sales meetings

Required Skills:
- Committed to a career in commercial real estate
- Work independently with limited direction, self starter, highly motivated
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Negotiate lease/sale terms, and prepare Letters of Intent to lease/buy(sell)
- Excellent Computer skills
